1. ABOUT INVIAH
INVIAH is an in-person medical visit platform connecting patients with licensed healthcare providers for urgent care, elective consultations, surgical evaluations, wellness visits, pediatric care, geriatric care, IV therapy, and select aesthetic procedures.
2. ELIGIBILITY
Users must be 18 or older (or have a guardian), provide accurate information, and comply with all platform rules.
3. EMERGENCY USE PROHIBITED
INVIAH is not for emergencies. Call 911 for life-threatening conditions such as chest pain, stroke symptoms, difficulty breathing, or major bleeding.
4. NON-EMERGENCY, ELECTIVE & AT-HOME SERVICES
INVIAH supports a wide range of medical, surgical, pediatric, geriatric, wellness, and aesthetic services performed at home or affiliated clinics.
- 4.1 Urgent Non-Emergency Medical Care: Fever, viral illness, minor infections, dehydration, injuries, rashes, and wound care for adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics.
- 4.2 General Pediatric Care (Non-Emergency): Includes fever, cough, ear pain, rashes, dehydration evaluation, school notes, and mild illness visits. Excludes emergency pediatric care.
- 4.3 Geriatric Care & Chronic Support: Includes medication reviews, chronic disease management, cognitive screening, mobility evaluation, supportive care, and wound checks.
- 4.4 Elective Medical Consultations: Includes internal medicine, preventive visits, endocrinology, neurology, cardiology screening, and GI consultations.
- 4.5 Surgical Consultations - All Specialties: Consultations only for bariatric, foregut, hernia, colorectal, oncology, orthopedic, vascular, and plastic surgery. No surgery performed at home.
- 4.6 Pre-Operative Evaluations: Includes risk assessment, labs review, imaging referrals, and surgical counseling.
- 4.7 Wellness & Preventive Care: Includes lifestyle counseling, vitals, physicals (where permitted), B12 injections, and routine lab collection.
- 4.8 IV Therapy & Hydration: Includes vitamin IVs, hydration therapy, and wellness infusions performed by licensed clinicians.
- 4.9 Beauty & Aesthetic Procedures: Includes injectables, facials, dermaplaning, and portable device services where legally allowed, with strict safety standards.
- 4.10 Specialty Medical Services: Includes cardiology, pulmonology, dermatology, neurology, endocrinology, psychiatry (non-controlled), rheumatology, and palliative care.
- 4.11 Provider Discretion: Providers may decline care if symptoms appear emergent, environment is unsafe, or procedures exceed scope.
- 4.12 Services NOT Performed at Home: No surgery, endoscopy, high-risk procedures, emergency care, or controlled substance prescribing.
5. PAYMENT TERMS
Upfront payment required. No insurance billing.
6. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
No harassment, off-app communication, or inappropriate behavior.
7. PROVIDER CREDENTIALING
INVIAH verifies licenses, identity, and malpractice insurance.
8. SAFETY FEATURES
Includes 911 button, GPS verification, and safety monitoring.
9. NO MEDICAL LIABILITY
INVIAH is not responsible for medical outcomes; providers practice independently.
10. PRESCRIPTIONS
Controlled substances prohibited.
11. HIPAA & DATA
All PHI encrypted; see Privacy Policy.
12. CANCELLATION POLICY
Late cancellation fees may apply.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
INVIAH not responsible for provider conduct or complications.
14. ARBITRATION
All disputes resolved through binding arbitration.
15. CHANGES TO TERMS
Terms may be updated at any time.
